The Doyard “Vendémiaire” Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne from the Côte des Blancs (primarily Vertus), resulting from a blend of 3 vintages. Part of the vinification takes place in barrels (40%) and the rest in stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation. It features a low dosage (4 g/L) and an elegant style. Profile: Straw-yellow color with golden reflections and fine bubbles. Fruity and floral aromas with notes of yeast. On the palate, it is refined, fresh, and persistent. Style and service: Balanced and gastronomic, with good complexity — serve between 12–13°C.
